Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually [5–10] business days).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (beauty products or intimate garments).
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), Sai Shradha Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at care@saifashion.shop .
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at care@saifashion.shop with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
